Step into a vital surgical support role as a registered nurse specializing in the Operating Room. This contract opportunity offers a chance to deliver exceptional patient care and collaborate with a skilled surgical team for a 13-week duration.
Schedule:
- 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
- Day shifts begin at 7:00 AM with occasional 10:30 AM start times
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota RN license or temporary MN RN permit required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification mandatory
- Minimum of 2 years of perioperative (Operating Room) nursing experience
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, collaborative surgical environment
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with surgeons and surgical technologists, ensuring patient safety and procedural efficiency
- Circulate for and scrub into a variety of surgical cases as needed
- Implement standard perioperative protocols and aseptic techniques
- Monitor patients’ conditions before, during, and after surgery, providing careful documentation throughout
- Respond effectively to any perioperative complications or emergencies
- Support patients and families with information and compassionate care related to surgical procedures

$2,477 - $2,611/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
