Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Byron, Minnesota

Schedule/Hours:

• Start date anticipated 2-4 weeks from job offer

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Must hold an active MN RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Prior experience in Level II (or higher) trauma settings necessary
• Recent Emergency Room RN experience desirable
• CNOR certification strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative and emergency care to patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced surgical and trauma environments
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and best clinical practices
• Monitor patient status, document care, and communicate effectively with families and caregivers
• Support seamless transitions between surgical interventions and acute care
