Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Byron, Minnesota

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years’ operating room RN experience in a Level II or higher trauma setting
• Previous ER nursing experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• CNOR certification highly desirable
• Strong clinical assessment and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and efficient care to perioperative and emergency patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document care according to protocols
• Anticipate supply and equipment needs in both the OR and ER
• Adhere to safety, infection prevention, and quality assurance standards
