Schedule/Hours:

  • AM shift, 12 hours
  • 36 hours per week
  • Days: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.)

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inpatient surgery
  • Proven Level 1 trauma experience required
  • BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
  • Competence in at least 5 surgical service areas
  • Positive attitude and flexibility
  • Outstanding communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub in high-acuity operating rooms for a wide range of surgical procedures
  • Assist during trauma cases and respond rapidly to emergency situations
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care
  • Strictly adhere to safety protocols and aseptic techniques
  • Accurately document perioperative care and patient progress
