Travel OR Registered Nurse | Cape Coral, Florida

Deliver comprehensive perioperative care as a registered nurse specializing in the Operating Room (OR) while working alongside a dynamic team in a vibrant healthcare setting. This travel nursing opportunity focuses on adult and pediatric patient populations across diverse surgical specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, effective nursing care in a fast-paced OR environment with attention to patient needs pre-, intra-, and post-operatively.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare team members to facilitate surgical procedures.
• Respond to call duties as scheduled; coordinate with management during the interview process regarding call expectations.
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including floating assignments both within the primary facility and sister campuses.
• Utilize Epic EMR to accurately document patient care.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN licensure with a minimum of 2 years OR experience.
• Pediatric experience is required.
• BLS certification required; CNOR certification preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Degree accreditation must be documented; alternatively, five years of relevant experience is required.
• Must comply with radius rule (within 50 miles of permanent address).
• Ability to float between units as assigned, traveler nurses are prioritized for floating duties.
