This travel nursing opportunity allows you to deepen your clinical expertise as an Operating Room RN specializing in general and neuro surgeries. Working side-by-side with expert surgical teams, you'll encounter a variety of cases and advanced technologies—including the DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning. The experience gained here will help you expand your resume, providing valuable insight into a range of workplace practices and leadership styles.

Schedule:

• Day shift: 4x10 hour shifts
• 36 hours per week guaranteed
• Limited to 3 Fridays or Mondays off in 6 weeks
• Call required approximately every 6–7 days, with rotating weekend call and scheduled late shifts

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• AHA BLS certification
• At least one year of neuro-specific OR circulating experience
• Proficiency in DaVinci Xi and robotic surgical procedures (general surgery, urology, GYN, and ortho)
• Experience with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning
• Flexible team player with a strong work ethic

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate perioperative patient care
• Serve as a patient advocate throughout surgical procedures
• Coordinate surgical workflows to ensure safety and efficiency
