Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Charlotte, NC

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year recent Operating Room (OR) experience

• ACLS and BLS certification (current)

• Exceptional critical thinking, organization, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, knowledgeable patient care throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op stages
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring timeliness
• Adhere to strict infection control and sterilization protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Provide patient and family education regarding surgical processes and recovery expectations
• Coordinate with surgical technologists and support staff to maintain an efficient operating room environment
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
