Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Recent experience in the Operating Room (OR), preferably within high-acuity settings
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and document care efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Oversee and delegate tasks to other team members as needed, ensuring all care standards are met
• Teach and support patients and their families pre- and post-operatively, providing education and emotional reassurance
• Communicate relevant patient and family information to the broader healthcare team, facilitating seamless transitions in care
