Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Compton, CA

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room to support a dynamic surgical team for a contract opportunity. Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, current and in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an operating room or surgical setting
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing surgical schedules and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms by setting up equipment and ensuring necessary supplies are available
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to any changes or emergencies during surgery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operations
