Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Concord, NC

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year of current Operating Room or perioperative nursing experience
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and OR protocols
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and multitask effectively

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room and ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available and sterile
• Assist the surgical team throughout procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring patient safety
• Monitor patient vitals and maintain accurate documentation before, during, and after surgery
• Serve as patient advocate, supporting them throughout their surgical experience
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical techs, and other staff for seamless patient care

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
