Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Concord, North Carolina

Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Operating Room setting
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrubbing procedures
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating room, instruments, and equipment for surgical procedures
• Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after surgery, responding promptly to changes in condition
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia, and other team members to ensure a safe and effective operative experience
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and charting standards
• Uphold sterile technique and infection control procedures at all times
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient education and support
