Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour variable shifts
  • Flexibility for both day and night shifts is required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Prior experience in the Operating Room essential
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Experience with a variety of surgical procedures is an advantage

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
  • Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection prevention protocols
  • Monitor patient status and quickly respond to changes
  • Document all care in accordance with state and facility regulations
  • Support and educate patients and families regarding procedures and aftercare
