Schedule:
- 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night and weekend call coverage required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Solid transplant skill set essential to the role
- Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience strongly preferred
- Operating Room Certification is highly desirable
- Experience with complex surgical procedures including total joint replacement, spine surgeries, organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled, compassionate care during all phases of perioperative procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, evidence-based practices
- Maintain strict adherence to unit policies and infection control standards
- Utilize Meditech EMR for thorough and timely documentation
- Remain agile and composed during high-acuity cases, including transplants and advanced robotics
