Schedule:

  • 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Night and weekend call coverage required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Solid transplant skill set essential to the role
  • Minimum 3 years of recent OR experience strongly preferred
  • Operating Room Certification is highly desirable
  • Experience with complex surgical procedures including total joint replacement, spine surgeries, organ transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled, compassionate care during all phases of perioperative procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure safe, evidence-based practices
  • Maintain strict adherence to unit policies and infection control standards
  • Utilize Meditech EMR for thorough and timely documentation
  • Remain agile and composed during high-acuity cases, including transplants and advanced robotics
