Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Denver, Colorado

This travel opportunity places you in a dynamic, high-acuity main Operating Room environment within a large 408-bed hospital, featuring 14 state-of-the-art ORs. Working alongside a dedicated, multi-disciplinary surgical team, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to diverse workplace practices, advanced surgical technology like Stryker Video systems, and respected leadership approaches. As a circulating RN, you will further develop your practice and problem-solving skills, and open doors to new certifications and future leadership opportunities.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, once per week, plus one weekend every 6 weeks (if Ortho doctor is on-call)

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to independently circulate in the OR (required)
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• CNOR certification (preferred)
• Experience with Meditech EMR (preferred)
• Adaptable, friendly personality—open to change and collaborative practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely circulate in a variety of surgical procedures (all types except transplants)
• Collaborate closely with surgical and perioperative teams
• Maintain a strong patient safety focus and 1:1 patient ratios
• Effectively utilize advanced surgical equipment and technology
• Participate in a supportive, team-oriented environment
