Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in operating room procedures, providing direct patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure patient safety by adhering to strict aseptic techniques and facility protocols
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other OR staff to deliver optimal outcomes
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of all operative procedures and patient interactions
• Participate in team briefings, debriefings, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN license in Iowa or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year prior Operating Room RN experience
• BLS certification; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new settings and teams
