Travel OR RN in Doniphan, NE

This travel role places you on a high-performing surgical team in a hospital recognized for teamwork and commitment to patient safety. Schedule/Hours:

• 0630-1500, Monday through Friday
• One night per week on-call
• Every 5th or 6th weekend (Saturday/Sunday) on call
• Rotating holiday call coverage

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and driver’s license (must meet 50-mile radius rule)
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required
• Profound experience in circulating all surgical procedures; scrubbing is a plus
• Proven competency in neuro (3's and 4's), ortho, general, urology, ENT, and other service lines
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment without specialized service teams
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
• Must pass an open book, department-specific skills exam (score 90% or higher required)
• Commitment to department policies, including fingernail standards

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and, if qualified, scrub for diverse surgical cases across all age groups
• Float to Pre/Post-op, PACU, or ER support for trauma as needed
• Adapt to varied surgical schedules and prioritize patient safety
• Participate in a collaborative culture with experienced core staff
