Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the full Nursing Process for perioperative patients: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care, tailored to the unique needs of each patient and family
• Foster clear communication during rounds, hand-offs, and teaching moments
• Prioritize safe, quality care and uphold best practices according to current clinical standards
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
• Mentor and precept new staff, encouraging the next generation of nurses
• Commit to ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred
• Active RN license (Single State GA or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Experience in perioperative or OR nursing highly valued
