Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Eagle, Colorado

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years’ operating room (OR) nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong orthopedic surgical experience essential
• Commitment to compassionate, patient- and family-centered care
• Solid ability to work cooperatively within multidisciplinary teams
• Subject to a 70-mile radius requirement

Schedule:

• Facility guarantees 36 hours per week out of 40

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care for surgical patients
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans in coordination with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff
• Communicate effectively with providers and families to ensure understanding of procedures and care
• Maintain strict adherence to clinical guidelines, infection control standards, and safety protocols
• Recognize and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Foster a supportive, respectful environment for patients and team members alike
