Schedule:
- 13-week assignment
- 5×8-hour day shifts
- 7:00 a.m. standard start times and occasional 10:30 a.m. starts
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota RN license or Minnesota temporary permit (RN)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of two years’ perioperative nursing experience in the operating room
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile technique, and OR safety protocols
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate, collaborative approach to patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before, during, and after procedures
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to maintain a sterile environment and anticipate surgical team needs
- Provide detailed patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure adherence to healthcare facility policies, safety standards, and regulations
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies, providing expert support to the surgical team

$2,477 - $2,611/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
