Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour shifts: Options include 0700–1930, 0900–2130, or 1100–2330
• Shifts cover days and evenings
• No regularly scheduled weekends; on-call only
• On-call: 1 weekday from shift end to 0700, 4 weekends of call per 13-week assignment (0700 Saturday to 0700 Monday)

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Pennsylvania
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• PA Act 31, 33, 34, and 73 certifications
• Previous experience with circulating and scrubbing strongly desired
• Proficiency in vascular, general, gyn, ortho, podiatry, robotics, ENT, urology, and plastics cases
• Strong communication and clinical adaptability

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate and assist during surgical procedures, ensuring readiness of equipment and surgical suite
• Verify patient information and support the surgical team in maintaining optimal patient safety
• Manage real-time documentation with meticulous attention to detail
• Learn and occasionally assist with scrub sterile procedures
• Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and perioperative staff for streamlined surgical flow
• Hospital-provided scrubs
• Utilize dedicated employee parking (Lot C, conveniently located at the back of the facility)
