Step into an advanced surgical environment in the Main Operating Room, working alongside highly skilled professionals dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes. This contract opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts (7A - 7P), with night and weekend call required, allowing for a focused and immersive experience in a state-of-the-art medical facility.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Current RN license
  • Demonstrated expertise in transplant procedures
  • Proven experience in an operating room setting
  • Strong critical thinking abilities and adaptability in fast-paced surgical situations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over three years of perioperative nursing experience
  • Relevant certification (such as CNOR)
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Meditech

Key Responsibilities:

  • Circulate and/or scrub for complex surgeries, including total joints, spine, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
  • Ensure patient safety and support surgeons and anesthesia providers throughout all phases of surgery
  • Collaborate closely with a cohesive team in a 16-OR suite equipped with the latest surgical technology
  • Adhere to unit guidelines, policies, and practices, maintaining the highest standards of patient care
  • Participate in call rotation for nights and weekends as part of a dedicated surgical nursing team
