Schedule/Hours:

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Monday – Friday shifts
  • No overnight call required; night call until 11:00 PM only, plus weekend call opportunities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Active RN License
  • Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital OR experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Spine and joint surgery experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Joint scrub experience
  • Familiarity with Meditech EMR

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in spine and total joint procedures including fusions and replacements
  • Collaborate with a team of RNs, charge nurse, surgeons, and support staff
  • Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Deliver superior patient care pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
  • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance within the OR
