Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an operating room setting
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a variety of surgical cases
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
• Monitor patient safety and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile field protocols
• Document all procedures accurately and timely
• Support a positive patient experience throughout the perioperative process
