Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current RN license, eligible to practice in Pennsylvania
• Proven experience as an Operating Room RN in an acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (active and up-to-date)
• Scrub and/or circulate experience preferred
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care with precision and compassion
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to ensure patient safety
• Follow established protocols and adapt to rapidly changing clinical situations
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout each surgical case
• Support and mentor colleagues as needed
