Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care as a circulating nurse in the Operating Room
• Support orthopedic, neurological, and robotic surgical teams efficiently
• Respond to on-call assignments within a 30-minute window during designated hours
• Collaborate closely with surgical staff to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols during procedures
• Participate in weekend and weekday shifts as scheduled, including two shifts every other weekend with additional weekend on-call duties

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current RN license with Operating Room experience
• Strong circulating nurse skills preferred
• Proven experience in orthopedic, neuro, and robotic cases essential
• Ability to respond quickly while on call (16 hours weekend and 24 hours weekday in a 4-week period)
• Availability for a 0630 start time and flexible scheduling

Schedule / Hours:

• Start time at 6:30 AM
• Scheduled two shifts every other weekend
• On-call coverage: 16-hour weekend and 24-hour weekday shifts in a 4-week cycle
