Bring your specialized Operating Room nursing skills to a dynamic healthcare environment where patient safety and surgical excellence are top priorities. This opportunity involves utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room to assist surgical teams, ensure optimal patient care, and uphold strict OR protocols throughout all procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care to surgical patients
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Prepare operating rooms, including instrumentation, supplies, and necessary equipment
  • Uphold infection control standards and sterile techniques at all times
  • Support patients and their families with clear communication and compassionate care
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations to preserve patient safety
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal healthcare regulations

Schedule:

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one year recent experience in the Operating Room or perioperative setting
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of operating room procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
  • Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills
