Qualifications:

• Active RN license with good standing
• Minimum one year of recent experience as an Operating Room Nurse (OR RN)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in circulating and/or scrub roles preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on perioperative nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile techniques and infection control protocols
• Monitor and assess patients’ status, demonstrating swift intervention when necessary
• Accurately document patient care activities and maintain detailed records
• Support patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
