Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license
- 1+ years of experience as an Operating Room Registered Nurse
- Proficiency in perioperative nursing skills, including scrubbing and circulating
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
- Knowledge of OR protocols, aseptic technique, and surgical instrumentation
- Strong organizational and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with surgeons, surgical techs, and anesthesia staff
Schedule:
- Variable day shifts, including some on-call and weekend coverage as required
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care throughout pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases
- Prepare and maintain operating room environment, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the medical record
- Monitor patient status and anticipate needs during surgical procedures
- Uphold strict infection control and safety standards in accordance with facility policies
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain efficient case flow and quality outcomes
- Participate in patient and family education to ensure understanding of surgical procedures and recovery

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
