Schedule:
- 40 hours per week guaranteed except for holiday weeks (32 hours during Independence Day and Labor Day weeks).
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted California RN license.
- One year or more experience as an RN in the Operating Room (OR Circulator).
- Current BLS certification.
- TB clearance obtained within the last 12 months.
- Commitment to maintaining patient safety and following evidence-based surgical protocols.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Circulate in the operating room, providing real-time support to surgeons and the surgical team.
- Prepare OR suites, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Monitor and advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op periods.
- Maintain meticulous documentation related to surgical procedures and patient responses.
- Strictly adhere to infection prevention and control standards.
- Communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes and swift responses to emergent situations.

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
