Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in the state of Ohio or compact state eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an Operating Room RN
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• In-depth knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and sterile technique
• Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
• Demonstrated reliability in fast-paced surgical settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety and infection control protocols
• Prepare OR with appropriate instruments, supplies, and sterile equipment
• Monitor patient status and quickly respond to changes
• Document patient care and procedural details accurately

$3,630 - $3,840/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
