Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time travel assignment
• Flexible hours based on surgical schedules

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license, valid in Nebraska or compact state
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Strong clinical skills in surgical procedures, sterile technique, and handling emergent situations
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to quickly acclimate to new teams and technology

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and tech staff
• Assist in prepping the OR, maintaining aseptic environments, and circulating or scrubbing as needed
• Accurately document care, monitor patient status, and respond to evolving needs
• Support patient advocacy and education for surgical patients and families
