Schedule:

• 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Full-time days, no required weekends or on-call shifts—volunteer options available

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
• BLS and ACLS certification via AHA
• 1 year of recent operating room RN experience preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
• Willingness to float between main and satellite campuses as needed

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for both routine and complex surgical cases
• Independently manage patient assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
• Address the holistic needs of patients and families, incorporating psychological, emotional, and cultural considerations
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor outcomes, and accurately document all care
• Educate patients and caregivers, identifying needs and resources
• Delegate and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
