Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)
- Full-time days, no required weekends or on-call shifts—volunteer options available
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico or a compact state
- BLS and ACLS certification via AHA
- 1 year of recent operating room RN experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Willingness to float between main and satellite campuses as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care for both routine and complex surgical cases
- Independently manage patient assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations
- Address the holistic needs of patients and families, incorporating psychological, emotional, and cultural considerations
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor outcomes, and accurately document all care
- Educate patients and caregivers, identifying needs and resources
- Delegate and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
