Schedule/Hours:
- Day shift, weekday mid shift beginning at 10:45am
- Three on-call shifts in a four-week schedule
Essential Qualifications:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS certification (via AHA, ARC, or Instructor level)
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- 2-3 years’ circulating experience in a multi-service operating room
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Competency in interdisciplinary collaboration and adaptability in fast-paced situations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized, relationship-based perioperative care using the full Nursing Process
- Ensure clear communication and partnership with patients, families, and team members
- Effectively coordinate and document safe, quality care in line with system policies
- Support ongoing performance improvement and shared governance initiatives
