Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license, eligible in Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Operating Room RN
• Proficiency with circulating and scrubbing preferred
• BLS certification required; additional certifications (ACLS, PALS) are advantageous
• Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize care, remain calm in high-stress situations, and work well within a multidisciplinary surgical team

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technologists
• Monitor patient status intraoperatively and ensure safe, sterile environments
• Provide patient advocacy and clear communication with families and colleagues
• Support rapid response protocols and prioritize patient safety at all times
