Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies and procedures
• Previous travel nursing experience is an advantage, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and surgical teams in the preparation and execution of operative procedures
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery to ensure safety and comfort
• Maintain a sterile environment and uphold infection control standards
