Qualifications:
- Active RN license, valid in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum of 1 year Operating Room (OR) nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with standard OR equipment, sterile field protocols, and patient safety procedures
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organization skills
Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub in surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and sterility
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, patient assessments, and advocacy
- Adhere to facility and regulatory standards for quality care
