Travel Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Hillsborough, North Carolina

This is an excellent chance for Registered Nurses specializing in the Operating Room to expand their professional horizons. You’ll work weekday daylight shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, 5x8s), offering a fantastic work-life balance and the chance to explore the region. You’ll enhance your skill set with frequent GI and endoscopic procedures performed three days a week, all while mastering EPIC documentation and refining your proficiency in ambulatory and traditional OR settings. Scrubs are provided for your convenience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent OR nursing experience (first-time travelers welcome!)
• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (all required)
• Prior ambulatory OR or scrub experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Proficiency with EPIC
• Comfortable assisting with GI/endoscopic procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub for a variety of surgical cases, with a special emphasis three days a week on GI/endoscopic procedures
• Deliver patient-centered perioperative care in collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical techs
• Adhere to facility safety and compliance protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation via EPIC system

$2,009 - $2,125/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
