Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent Operating Room experience
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with advanced OR procedures and sterile technique
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in the operating room, supporting a wide array of surgical procedures
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care before, during, and after surgery
• Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols
• Communicate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and respond to critical changes during procedures; advocate for patient safety at all times
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
