Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Recent Operating Room experience preferred
- Strong assessment, surgical, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, shifting environments
Role & Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care throughout all phases of perioperative nursing
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Oversee sterilization, patient monitoring, and post-op evaluations
- Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families
