Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff to maintain a safe, sterile environment
• Monitor patients throughout pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases
• Accurately document patient histories, interventions, and outcomes
