Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year of recent experience working as an RN in the Operating Room (OR)
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile environment in the OR
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to ensure patient safety
• Accurately document all aspects of intraoperative care
• Monitor patients’ physiological status and respond rapidly to changes
• Safeguard patient dignity, rights, and confidentiality at all times

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
