Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Kasson, Minnesota

Schedule and Assignment Details:

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent Operating Room RN experience
• Level II or higher trauma experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• CNOR certification preferred
• Proven adaptability working in both the Operating Room and Emergency Room
• Strong clinical judgment, quick decision-making skills, and effective communication

Essential Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub in a variety of surgical procedures
• Respond efficiently to critical and emergent patient care situations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other nursing professionals for optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain high standards of infection control and patient safety
• Accurately document patient information and surgical details in EMR systems
• Contribute to a positive teamwork atmosphere and support safe, high-quality care
