Schedule:
- 5 shifts of 8 hours (days)
- 7:00 AM start times, with occasional 10:30 AM starts
Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota RN license or MN temporary permit
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Minimum two years of perioperative nursing experience, specifically within the operating room
- Strong knowledge of OR protocols, surgical safety, and sterile technique
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced surgical setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and supporting the surgical team
- Prepare the operating room, including instruments, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor patient status and provide intraoperative care according to best practice and physician instructions
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
- Serve as a patient advocate in the OR, updating the surgical team and facilitating smooth transitions to and from the operating suite
- Accurately complete documentation required for patient records

$2,477 - $2,611/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
