• Weekly orientation every Monday

Responsibilities:

• Circulate and scrub in operating room procedures according to hospital protocols
• Coordinate patient care, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and ensure a safe, sterile environment
• Partner with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality surgical services
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow all state-specific compliance requirements, including fingerprinting and background check processes

Qualifications:

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and any other REQUIRED certifications completed before the assignment begins
• Recent experience in Operating Room nursing
• Ability to process and provide fingerprint/background check documentation for New Mexico
• Flexibility and adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work settings
