Schedule:

• Full-time contract position
• Shifts may include days, evenings, or weekends depending on operational needs

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN licensure
• Minimum of one year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Proven expertise in circulating and/or scrubbing roles
• BLS certification (additional certifications such as ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a safe, sterile surgical environment
• Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers, ensuring surgical protocols are followed
• Monitor patient status, documenting all intraoperative events and interventions
• Support surgical teams by managing instrumentation, supplies, and equipment
• Provide clear education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Uphold current best practices and infection control standards throughout all perioperative phases
