Registered Nurse - Operating Room - Lawrenceville, Georgia

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time position

Key Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical instrument usage
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and precise in a fast-paced, high-responsibility setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms and instruments prior to surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and other team members throughout perioperative phases
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall condition during surgery
• Maintain strict adherence to patient safety and sterile protocols
• Collaborate effectively with the surgical and anesthesia teams
• Complete accurate and thorough documentation of intraoperative care
• Support post-operative recovery processes as needed
• Provide compassionate care and advocacy for all surgical patients
