Registered Nurse - Operating Room | Lawrenceville, Georgia

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an Operating Room setting
• Solid understanding of OR protocols, sterile technique, and patient safety
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Assist surgical teams with instrumentation, supplies, and equipment
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control policies
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and support staff for seamless case management
• Ensure the operating room is properly prepared and equipped for each procedure
