Qualifications:

• Active RN license, in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficiency with circulating and/or scrubbing roles preferred
• Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with the surgical team to plan and implement patient care
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure all surgical instruments are appropriately handled
• Document patient records and perioperative activities accurately
• Uphold and promote infection control standards
