Preferred Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
• Certified in BLS and ACLS (required)
• Flexibility to adapt to different surgical specialties and protocols
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulating and scrubbing for surgical procedures
• Providing critical support to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow RNs
• Ensuring proper sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment
• Monitoring patient status and responding to intraoperative changes
• Upholding strict safety and infection control protocols
