Preferred Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Minimum of 1-2 years recent Operating Room experience
- Certified in BLS and ACLS (required)
- Flexibility to adapt to different surgical specialties and protocols
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Circulating and scrubbing for surgical procedures
- Providing critical support to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow RNs
- Ensuring proper sterilization and maintenance of surgical equipment
