Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of recent operating room nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• Adaptability and stamina to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub for a range of surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative team members to deliver outstanding patient care
• Ensure strict adherence to sterile technique, safety policies, and procedural protocols
• Maintain detailed documentation throughout perioperative phases
• Support surgical preparation, intraoperative interventions, and postoperative transitions
