Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Prior Operating Room experience required
• Strong knowledge of pre-op, intra-op, and post-op procedures and aseptic technique
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care throughout the surgical process
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, anesthesia status, and responses to procedures
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and sterile procedures
• Accurately document all interventions and patient progress
