Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) - Lehigh Acres, FL

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in the Operating Room setting
• Proficiency assisting with a range of surgical procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with modern electronic health record systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate and/or scrub on a variety of surgical cases as assigned
• Monitor patient status and collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams throughout procedures
• Ensure all safety protocols, sterile techniques, and infection prevention measures are consistently met
• Prepare, organize, and account for surgical instruments and supplies before, during, and after procedures
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in patient records
• Serve as an advocate for patient comfort, safety, and dignity at every stage of care
